Helen's mother just gave her a quick call, she's staying with H's cousin at the moment and they had a look at the new site. She says and I quote "It all looks very nice dear, I like the photos and I've even had a look at the Blag". Love her, at 72 she's our very own Old Woman :)

Mature skin

Maybe you could use her to promote PNS for the over 60s - a nice photo of Helen's mum on your soon to be products for mature skin section! After all, you do have a Mother & Baby section - so why not the other end of the spectrum as well. Seriously though, it would be interesting to know how many older people are concerned about the content of their toiletries. My Dad is getting on a bit now and understands my concerns of chemical ridden toiletries and fully supports my use of your products. However, when I asked him to consider changing over to PNS products his reply was. 'Oh, I'm too old for that sort of thing - it's a bit too late for me now'. But if you think about it, 72 isn't really that old these days. Older skin is more delicate and dry - so how about a moisturiser aimed at 'mature skin' with greater moisturizing properties. Indeed, it is this generation of people who will identify with handmade toiletries -especially soap bars.

You're a tiny bit psychic aren't you?

We've been thinking about introducing a Mature Skin Range for months now, we're so far down the line with it that we've actually got a couple creams out at the moment in the test stage. We agree completely with you though, our aging population makes this more pertinent now than ever, so we intend to respond. Plus, aging skin has slightly different needs, so it's right to have a whole selection of products that suit it properly.

It must be the strong PNS vibes emanating from Cornwall across the UK and beyond - if you tune in to the correct frequency you're bound to pick them up! As for a career in the cosmetics industry - well, I think I will leave that one to the PNS experts.
